Return Policy
Tejas Jewellery has a strict no return policy as jewellery is a personal wear item.
With the prevailing pandemic, it is important to maintain extra vigilance about health and hygiene practices
We encourage you to take as much time as possible on our site to choose your products that suit your taste.
In extraordinary circumstances we will take products back at our sole discretion only if the following conditions are met
1. Only Defective products/ goods can be returned subject to video proof.
2. Please take a video when you open the package to show proof of damaged goods ,send the video to support@tejasjewellery.in and mention the order reference. Request you to send this before shipping the defective products/goods.
3. Such Defective products/ goods should be returned within 2 days of accepting delivery. The courier acknowledgement date will be used as the reference. Defective goods returned will be accepted only with the appropriate video proof
4. To the extent possible, please ship in the original packing
5. Please note that shipping charges will be borne by you.
6. If the same item is available, we will ship a new item as a replacement. Since our items are unique, there may not be an identical replacement available in stock. In such as case, you are requested to choose another item of the same price or above. The difference in pricing should be paid. The new item be shipped only after receiving the differential amount.
